Classes

Taiko classes are on-going. You may start in the basic taiko classes at any time. Bring a sweat towel, water bottle, & running shoes. Please wear clothing that you can move and stretch in
easily. There are no contracts involved. The cost is $20 per week or $80 per month. This opens up both basic classes. You are welcome to observe any of the classes if you like, before joining in. We look forward to seeing you in the dojo.

due to performances and holiday events.

Workshops

Fushu Daiko also offers taiko drum workshops to introduce the art and history of taiko. Kids and adults will have the opportunity to experience the power and energy of taiko through active hands-on exercises. No prior experience is required. Please contact Fushu Daiko for more information.

Workshops can be formated many different ways. Please contact us and we can design a taiko presentation that fits your specific needs.

2 day workshop - "The Way of Taiko"
4 hours each day. Introduces the spirit, history, & philosophy of taiko. Gives basic instruction on taiko drumming techniques and rhythms.

Workshops are scheduled on an as-needed basis. If you have a group of five or more people who would like a taiko workshop please contact us for a possible schedule.
